Data set request

I would like to develop an AI system that provides region-specific agricultural advice to Cambodian farmers, helping them adapt to climate change, optimize water usage, and improve crop yields and quality. However, to effectively tackle the arising issues, I should accumulate a proper understanding and meticulously propose a suitable solution with AI and ITC technologies such as Deep Learning Neural Network, etc. I plan to wisely utilize the accessed data such as Geospatial dataset specifically the satellite imagery and geographic information system (GIS) data to assess land quality, soil types, and water availability. While other historical dataset and surveys will be using to access a proper statistic of the food security in Cambodia.
