Understanding Skill Standards in the IT Industry 📊

Despite your future career orientation, considering obtaining these valuable skill will undoubtedly added additional qualifications on your resume. As in most of the competitive industrialized nation has established their own skill standard as such in tech industrial:

• HARDSKILLS 📈💸: Technical skills specific to AI and programming.
• Soft Skills🗣️: Communication, Organizational , Team Contribution, Leadership , critical thinking, and professionalism (Nothing is perfect but try to be perfect haha, but be wise on where u gonna apply this in. In workplace, yes of course try to be perfect cus everything costing money.)
• Continuous Learning👩🏻‍🎓: Self-directed and continuous learning 📈📈📈📈📈 (Most important i think)

Aside from self-learning and explore what you want to do. It also wise to consider doing more volunteering activities. BUT, I am not suggesting to just do ANY volunteer that doesn’t give you at least some useful/valuable skills.

⇒ There are a lot of campaign and organization that I used to work with but I’ll suggest these two Phnom Penh SAAT under H.E Hun Many and JCI these two are a well-known campaign and org in our country and JCI is internationally known as well.
